Looking for 1 person who is OK to work in a split shift from 4 to 6AM and 6-11PM. Candidate has to take care of all steps in the lead cycle . A typical lead cycle in Gaayak is follows:  Promotion of music courses to potential leads . Leads include : • new prospects • website visitors • social media page visitors • cold leads from from our database • referrals from our existing leads  Set up demo classes for leads once they express a certain degree of interest.  Convert leads into regular customers Expected sales target per month is 30 new admissions for paid courses in Gaayak. Candidate is expected to meet atleast 80% of the given target every month. Failing which ,the candidate will be terminated from his/her job at Gaayak with a notice period of 15 days. Apart from the leads exclusively provided to the candidate , he/she must time and again generate leads by detailed targeting on social media like Facebook , Instagram and LinkedIn The candidate must maintain proper records of sales and status reports. Candidate will be permitted only ONE day as a weekly holiday and he / she must work an average of 8 hours (plus or minus). The work timings are NOT fixed and will vary based on the geographical location of the client they have to connect with. Apart from this , we will be signing an NDA and contract with the candidate prior to his/her joining. Please speak to me if you need any clarification w.r.t any of the above mentioned points.
