We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Feedback Telecalling Executive to
join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients, gathering
feedback, and scheduling appointments for surveys related to EV charging stations.

requirements.
• Collect feedback and schedule appointments for surveys.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Provide information about eChargeBays' services and answer customer queries.
• Follow up with clients as required.
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets
